Making Camp Affordable
All the staff at YMCA Camp Minikani want to make camp a reality for your family this summer. We understand that each families situation is different and as such we have a variety of options to make camp more affordable......
- Camperships are available- We believe everyone should have a chance to experience camp. The YMCA's Campership Program, supported in part through the contributions to the YMCA Camp Minikani Strong Kids Campaign, provides camperships for those in need, within our available resources, helping families who otherwise may not be able to attend camp. The campership works just like a college scholarship, you simply apply and let us know any special circumstances that might apply and we'll work with you to make camp affordable for your family. - Payment Plans- We know that sometimes its easier to spread the cost of camp over several months. Families are telling us how important it is that their child gets the experience of camp this summer and we're working with families like yours to make that possible. Register online and choose a variety of payment options, or call our camp office to register and we'll work out a payment plan that fits your budget and schedule better.
- Additional Child Discount for Overnight Camps- Get a $50 additional child discount for enrollment for each additional sibling registered for the same session of camp.
- Additional Child Discount for Day Camps- YMCA Members can save 15% and Non Members 10% off for each additional child of the same household attending the same week of camp.
- Situations change- Your camp fees are 100% refundable until March 1, 2010 if for some reason your child cannot attend camp.
